Coach Sandra was born and raised in Germany. She joined the Marine Corps and attained her Bachelor’s in Business Management while serving. After getting out, she worked as Community Liaison between PMO/CID and the community aboard Camp Pendleton, CA. During her first time in Okinawa, she and her friend founded SanBe Beauty LLC. She has worked for the State Department at the US Embassy in Kyiv, Ukraine, as an Assistant Community Liaison Officer.

Sandra is a Marine Veteran and married to a Marine. They have 2 lovely daughters and have lived all over the world. In 2022 she started with Swim Life as a survival Instructor.  She loves teaching her students and being part of the transformation process, assisting her students in building their skills, confidence, and the joy of being in the water.
