Coach Rebeka was born and raised in Hungary, Europe. The locals call her town the “Valley of Rivers.” Her passion for water has existed since she was a young child. She moved to London when she was 24 years old, shortly after she earned her Economics degree at a private college in Budapest.

In 2012 she met her husband, who was stationed in England at the time with the USAF. After they were married in 2014, the military sent them to Arizona. The heat and the landscape of the desert just made her love for the water even stronger. She ran an in-home daycare in AZ, as she always enjoys working with children.

Rebeka and her husband welcomed their daughter in 2015 and their son in 2019. Becoming a mom made her want to learn more about water safety.  Moving to Okinawa in 2018, brought her the opportunity to introduce her children to Swim Life. Her interest in the program kept growing while her kids participated in lessons. Both of her children participated in Swim Life lessons at a young age, which gave her peace of mind knowing they were going to be safe if an aquatic accident occurred. They were taught how to save themselves without relying on any swimming device, and without having a false sense of safety. This is a life skill they will never lose.

After spending the past 4 years in Okinawa, Japan, coach Rebeka and her family have settled down in their forever home. 10 years of being away from family and friends made them very resilient and humble. Becoming a Coach at Swim Life not only gave Rebeka a job she loves, it gave her a second family whom she is very thankful for.

Rebeka is teaching survival swim lessons to the families of Bryant and the surrounding areas - 15 minutes from Benton and only 20 minutes away from Little Rock.
