Jessica was raised in beautiful St. Augustine, FL and had the privilege of dedicating over 22 years to teaching and shaping the lives of students. With both a Bachelor’s and Master’s degree in Education, she's always believed in the power of learning, whether in the classroom or in the water. As a mother of two adult children and a wife of 25+ years, she understands the importance of teaching life-saving skills that empower and protect.

One of her deepest passions is water safety. Having seen firsthand the critical difference it can make, Jessica is committed to teaching children how to save themselves in an aquatic emergency. She's seen the life-saving results of survival swimming firsthand—her own children were taught from a very young age, and she personally used these skills when caught in a rip current, which ultimately saved her life. This is why she firmly believes that water safety is a skill everyone should know.

In addition to teaching survival swimming, she loves traveling in her spare time. Jessica offers Swim Life lessons in her heated, backyard pool and she also travels to local pools in the St. Augustine area (for a minimum of six students). She also offers lessons in St. Augustine Beach, Palencia, World Golf Village, and surrounding communities.
